i scored an old OA rig w/victor 315 torch with cutting attachment. the orings where on the cutting attachment are pretty well shot. my question is what other areas in the torch should i look for orings and replaceable wear surfaces in an effort to "rebuild" this torch.

There is a seal probably O-ring on the valve stem for cutting O2. Most times the O2 and Acytelyne valve packing nut can be tightened to stop valve stem leaks but valves or packing can also be replaced.
