Man, you aint lyin! Absolute complete brain fart. Actually, I got the name Fubar because I am the official alcohol tester for The HillPeople which is our little group of misfits that go to renaissance faires. "Fubar tested, HillPeople approved!" is one of our mottos. However, no alcohol was involved with that post so I can only claim Dip-omatic Impunity. Duuuhhh.... But I cant say Sylvester, George.

If you get the ones that have just come OFF alloy wheels or m/cycle wheels, they don't cost anything!

I'd epoxy em in anyway, so the lack of sticky isn't an issue.

For gliders, I melt lead and pour it into the nose. Careful to leave some leeway for the exact right amount, as it is hard to remove. For a Sig 4-Star, I used a motor mount as a mold, melted lead and poured it into the mold. Then I put it in the opening of the actual motor mount (same size and shape) and held it in place with a screw in the middle. Works fine. I use fishing sinkers as a lead source. Do it outdoors in the wind, of course. Lead poisoning is a real disease.
