Great Planes BP3200 Electrifly bp with CellPro 4s charger?(and vs Cellpro packs)

Also.. if you had to pick between a Great Plains battery pack and a CellPro brand.. which would you pick.. Here is the cellpro:

Trying to go for a 3100+ mah pack (3s) and keep the cost as low as possible. Tower has rebates if you spend so much, so it appears the great planes would end up cheaper.

I was also considering one of these packs (3100mah 3s for $30)
