This is a 3 minute video I made using a camera mounted in a radio control airplane. The pilot's head is coupled with the aileron and rudder so he turns his head with the airplane's direction.
The audio is the cockpit voice recording from USAir 1549 which safely glided to a landing in the Hudson River after hitting a flock of birds:
