Any advice please on how to paint this?

What I did was get some lightweight irion on fil, riouygfly sand the model smooth, apply a coat of spacled and water 50%;50 to fill te worst of te grain, then iron on te SDoplite (Nelson Litefilm) and paint it with Humbrol enameles. # That was a pico jet, but same difference.
I glassed up teh nose a fair bit as well...
