After taking ten years off from RC I'm ready to get back into the hobby. Other than Tower, who are the big players in mail-order and on-line kits, radios, and other supplies.

Still High. Great Hobbies Goldberg Skylark 56 ARF is $180 in USD. Tower sells it for $160 USD. BUY AMERICAN!!! KEEP THE US DOLLARS HERE!

In addition to being cheaper, Tower also offers $25 off any purchase over $150. The price difference is particularly pathetic when one considers that the Great Hobbies site says the Thunder Tigers are on sale. Not much of a sale from what I can see.
For Great Hobbies, but not the consumer! Do you not COMPARE prices? I found one item on the Great Hobbies site that I actually considered buying, because I can't find it at any US dealers. However, after checking some other prices I decided I'd rather do without the item than paying their inflated prices.

OR you could ship to a friendly american who lives in Browning, MT. Who then brings you your birthday presents....Calgary is less than 5hours from my front door. Granted this assumes you are near there...
