When I am at my computer at home I can not go to RC Groups' website. But when I am at work that computer will go to it fine. Got another site like that too...what could be the problem?

Try deleting your temporary internet files. Sometimes ther is a corrupted file in the internet cache that will cause problems.
On the other hand, it could be your ISP. If there is a problem with the DNS (domain name Server) it will prevent access. I can't get to Quantum Models from home with my laptop, but the same link works perfectly from work (different ISP) on the same laptop.

Are the ISP's the same? Some ISP's subscribe to different newsgroups.
