Has anyone had a successful conversion of a Shindaiwa 2 cycle gas engine for aircraft use? If so, any lessons learned?

i have a converted shindaiwa,although i didn't do the conversion,i kno
who did.i don't have it in a plane as yet but did run it.the engine i a sweet runner and not a lot of vibration.its Its been awhile since i've run it but as memory recalls,it ra at at about 6700rpm with an 16/8 prop on it.
