WTB Lazy Bee Plans 40/48 Inch(Clancy)

Have you built a Bee before? I have a 40" that's about 95% done (needs the floats sealed and painted) and I have a 48" kit. I'm having some trouble getting the engine to run on the 40, so I want to resolve that before I start the other one in case I need to build a modification into it. I would be interested in your experiences with any Bee you have built and any modifications you've made.

I got a set for the 42" Bee, whatchagimme?
