AutoCAD 2006/2007 and ARCGIS 9.0/9.2 on the same machine

I installed ACAD 2k7 and ArcGIS 9.2 on the same machine (Vista), but ArcGIS won't run because it "sees" ACAD's flexlm license.

How can you get both programs to run?
