I wonder if he is working there. Twice we have seen ISPs take a hit. First AOL and now Comcast.

Someone told me that when they were having troubles and had to keep calling back they were finally getting tech support answers from someone that they could no longer understand with some kind of accent that sounded Indian. He finally had to hang up. His problem was fixed over time.

Go to any IRC channel, on virtually any IRC network...and watch the 'ping timeout' and 'connection reset by peer' quits..you'll see a *lot* more comcast users getting dissed than any other cable provider except maybe charter.
