In NX5! Yes sir I did! The first one.
When I cut a series of lines not on the same plane it goes bazerk using profile cut. I was picking out a corner so I used the intersection as a cut with cutter comp. Worked great. So I made 5 more copies of the line up the angle and tried to cut em all. It went nuts. It was rapiding to 3000 inches in z. If I changed something like a leadin I got drastically different results. If I changed the accuracy different results. If I changed the feedrate different results. However, technically it cut a good part if you have the z travel for the clearance plane.
My point is this stuff is no longer perfect. And I feel better beacause of it for some reason?
