i HAVE A USED MAXIM 630 WITH A ACRAMATIC 950 CONTROL AND i CANT GET THE CONTROL TO RECONIZE THE 2ND PALLETS OFFSETS. i NEED TO KNOW HOW TO TELL THE MACHINE TO ACTIVATE THE 2ND PALLET i THINK.

It should activate the second pallet offset when the shuttle rotates to put pallet 2 in the machine. That usually happens at M2 when the other pallet status is marked NEW in the pallet table.
You should be able to force a pallet swap by programming M101 for pallet 1 or M102 for pallet 2 in MDI.
I hope you have a programming manual - the 950 has lots of unusual features...
