Could someone give me a fair idea of what a Process Control Audit entails? Some web-accessible references for details would be really useful.

Somebody asks you a bunch of questions. You have to answer these questions in a attempt to show that you know what you are doing. It the auditor knows more than you this is an educational experience. If he knows less, it is a character building experience.
