When will Jersey adopt the 2002 code and will it be state wide or by the individual towns ?

The follow The International Building Code 2000 has been adopted by the State of New Jersey and will be enforced statewide on November 5th, 2003

The International Residential Code 2000 has been adopted by the State of New Jersey and will be enforced statewide on November 5th, 2003
