Codes: International Building Code 2000 New Jersey Edition International Residential Code 2000 New Jersey Edition International Fire Code 2000 International Mechanical Code 2000 International Fuel Gas Code 2000 National Electrical Code 2002 National Plumbing Code 2000
I found it under New Jersey State Code Enforcement Requirments. Google is good!

The follow The International Building Code 2000 has been adopted by the State of New Jersey and will be enforced statewide on November 5th, 2003
The International Residential Code 2000 has been adopted by the State of New Jersey and will be enforced statewide on November 5th, 2003
