Battery holder for 4xAA?

Get a broken Garmin II/II+/III/III+ and chop it up (down?)

Goofy Tough Looking Solution: just thread one side of 2 pieces of 1/2 inch emt cut to size 2 AA's, when you cut it with a plumbers pressure cutter the bottom half will retain the batteries, just slide in a washer until it bottoms out., add your leads first and use your magination to make a cover for the top halves they fit AA's perfectly };-)

It's no too difficult to make your own. I make custom cases using Delrin plastic and the spring and tab contacts salvaged out of old remotes and such.
