Subj: Could a fart that causes butthair to scuff together generate enough of an electrostatic charge to create an electrical shock?
a) a fair amount of butthair would be involved. b) the electrical shock would just have to be enough to register in nerve endings as a shock... not necessarily enough to blast someone across the room.
also, are there any energy applications to this phenomenon if it exists?
