how did I achieve a pulsing dc current fixed at 13.56 MHz

For testing applications I'm trying to feed a low voltage high frequency (@ 13.56 MHz) direct current to an apparatus holding and cathode and anode.

Any suggestions for circuit layout or where I can find instructions?
