Before I install line voltage GU10 lamps and low voltage MR16s lamps, I need some advice.
I will be placing these downlights on dimmers, but I don't want any humming noise...
Any suggestions on which lamps I should go with to avoid the humming noise?
Normally we use Sylvania MR16's, but Iwasaki makes some very good quality bulbs, I think they buzz less too.

A solid state dimmer on regular transformer is inherently going to cause a hum/buzz. Your best bet is using a dimmable electronic transformer.
