part p cert for a fusebox

Hi ive just got part p ,one question when you change over to a new fusebox and fill in the domestic installer cert, what circuits do you fill in on page 3 is it just the mains or do you have to test all the circuits and fill it in even if you havent installed them, thanks

Part of the Part P course is filling cert in. If you can't fil a cert in can you be classed as competant?????
