I have 2 questions related to MOSFET.
- The reason that gate contact of MOSFET always formed on field oxide. Is there any problem on that situation? When I use gate contact on active(MOSFET Channel), Do you have any advices or reference materials.
- Have you ever heard about ring-gate transistor? I think ring-gate transistor has high area efficiency. Can you tell me any other strength & weakness about ring-gate transistor.
