If you are asking this basic question, you've got problems. This is probably a 3 phase load centre, the insulation should be ok for 415/240 volts, likewise the frequency per se. However, the control supply may be taken from the busbars, in which case the voltage on these will be approximately doubled; which is not acceptable, if it is a separate control voltage from an external source, then it is probably acceptable for the difference in frequency. Seimens can give you a more definitive answer. Have you considered the requirements for the IP classification wrt temperature, humidity and elevation etc. Jaymack
READ the specs from the manufacture. Most manufactures that make equipment for the US keep the ratings below 300V for residential stuff. Ratings are typically phase to phase. NOT phase to ground.
You probably need a 600 V rated panel board.
