HI, Can anyone tell me what are the various noise problems one is likely to face in a UPS output and how to get rid of it?

Jam it up your backdoor boy
Most of the new UPS's /power conditioners put the noise back on the line side. Some of the old UPS's I have worked around were terrible. Massive grounding and filters were installed to mitigate the problem.
