Does anyone know when the Folger Adam lever tumbler jail keys (with the 'A' in an oval ring at the handle) were first made? I'm referring to these:

Thanks for your reply, but that site isn't mine---I was only borrowing a picture for purpose of illustration. I e-mailed the site owner to ask about FA jail keys but wasn't able to answer my question, thus my posting here.
