Do you want it to be usable after s/he's done with it? Destructive may be cheaper.

Note that you can save a trip charge by bringing it to the locksmith, if it isn't anchored down, and may save more if you're willing to leave it with him/her for a few days to be dealt with when convenient rather than insisting on while-you-wait service.
