The equivalent is the ILCO 997KA which is no longer in the catalog. It is a YALE small pin blank.

Paul, first try to see if you can order some from your distributor with the Ilco number you found... If you can get them, great... If not then you will have to bite the bullet and order the blanks from Yale, according to the Yale Cylinder & Keying Manual they are available:
Part Number: RN10-KA (4-pin nickel silver blank .40" KA keyway) Part Number: RN13-KA (5-pin nickel silver blank .40" KA keyway) Part Number: RN12-KA (6-pin nickel silver blank .40" KA keyway)
It appears that they are only made in nickel silver by Yale...
