Low profile monotube vehicle radiators are possible with FBHX.

Low NOx, low pressure ratio regenerated gas turbines with efficiencies up to 55% are now reliable and cost effective. A Prius could get 70 mpg. Railroads could save 20% in fuel costs and greatly reduce smog.

A swamp cooler could deliver cool _dry_ air by using the cool humid output from the evaporative cooler to cool another stream of dry hot air.

Before FBHX the cost of a several m^3/sec gas-gas heat exchanger was prohibitive.
