which is currently the best algorithm/software to generate a tetrahedron mesh?
I use HyperMesh and the result is sometimes poor: lot of second order elements with negative or very low jacobian (even if the tetramesh starts from a high quality 2D mesh).
Any suggestion about alternative code?

It would be really neat if you'd use a different character coding. Because what is displayed here, "gb2312", is undecipherable. Even Google Groups trashed it entirely.
