18/10 vs.18/0 Stainless

Can someone tell me which of these two metal compositions would be the hardest, and most scratch resitant? Please also e-mail, if kind enough to respond.

hardest,
Both the ferritic (18/0) and austenitic (18/10) grades are usually rather soft, unless heavily cold worked. Duplex or Martensitic grades are generally stronger. Hard surface coatings or treatments might be useful.
