I am interested to get a copy of the paper "Investigation and Calculation of Power Parameters for a Transfer Bar Recoiling System of a Hot Strip Mill", written by Semyon E. Royzman in 1980. He cites this paper in another work, but gave no additional bibliographical data about it. Apparently at that time he was working "D&L Consulting Engineers", but Google searches unfortunately yielded no results about him or this company.
