Our customer has a question about thread failure.Is there any imformation discussing like that
aluminum thread holes could load how much torque for stainless steel hex cap screw,etc.?

Many American, Canadian and European consultants could help you with this for fee arrangement. North American (U.S and Canada) and European vendors are quite able to respond directly to such a customer inquiry.
Free guidance by internet inquiry for your for-profit enterprise in cost-competition with competent vendors will be worth about what you pay for it or less. Expect disinformation and artful misguidance.
It depends entirely on the class [fit] of the threads, alloy/s and individual variations in the clearance tolerances. There are sources which have done the statistics to classify the minimum strength any given thread will have. Look in a Machinist's reference book. Bugs
