I have been asked to make a bunch of key chains, with a small bead chain on them. Seems simple enough, but What do they call that confounded beaded chain? And where can I get a few hundred chains and connectors? I tried a bunch of searches, and got thousands of hits for all kinds of-- not quite what I wanted. Any ideas what to search for, or where to get it? Thanks. Pete

Pretty sure Lowes sells it by the foot in gold or silver. Don't know about the connectors though...
McMaster-Carr sells the chain, splicing links, dog tags etc. See page

Thanks everybody. She decided to go with a magnetic backing, for refrigertor magnets, instead of keychain fobs. Pete
My local Ace Hardware stocks various sizes, colors, connectors, etc. I am contemplating using some on a wind chime project for the wife.
