The workshop was great. Well worth the trip but it is a LONG way from Connecticut to Illinois. If you see yourself in the photos please let me know and I will add more captions with names.

We also visited the John Deere plant where they make combines, the Rock Island Arsenal museum, the Air Force Museum in Dayton and Picking Copper Kettle in Bucyrus Ohio.

Again thanks to all who offered suggestion on things to see especially John Holbrook for suggesting the Picking Copper Kettle shop. It was fascinating to see them doing it the way they did back when. All by hand with great pride in their product. If you want one of their pieces you put your name on the list and in a year or two your item will be ready.

Now, back to work on the pages for the rest of the trip.
