And in the case of the Fla SC of trying to change the established rules on the fly, the USSC was correct in stopping the democrat political nonsense. Hope this helps you out with your problem.

Actually, he got it from a judge in Florida. Probably one appointed by his brother Jeb, although I haven't bothered to find out how/when/by whose actions the judge in question arrived on the bench.

Well, if he does, he had the road paved very smoothly for him by Bush and his cronies via the Patriot Act. I still don't understand why those of you in this group who lean "somewhat" to the right aren't literally up in arms over your loss of civil liberties due to this law.!

As for a reason to vote for Kerry/Edwards, how about as a means to lessen the likelihood of establishing a Bush family dynasty, which they are clearly preparing to do. If GW wins again, who do you suppose will run for the GOP in 2008? Do you think his name begins with "B"?

Well you *had* my answer. I think it's probably the best reason of all. If kerry gets elected he probably won't do well, given what he would be inheriting. I'd be more than happy to sacrifice him though, for the greater good.
