Can someone give me a recommendation for an flat end mill (1/2") to cut brass? I have tried a bunch that are listed in the MSC catalog as being good for AL, and then brass. Of the ones I've tried the higher helix 3 flute cutter with a shallow rake seems to work best. However I still get a very significant amount of chatter. Any recommendations and experiences would be greatly appreciated.
