I saw an endoscope the other day at HD. Around $125, and black and red, so B&D? Seems like a handy tool to have around at times. Anyone have one? Use it? What do you think of it?

Milwaukee I think, same unit in a number of brandings at different places. Not fiber optic, but a mini cam on the end of a flex cable, extension cable sections available, and a hand unit with an LCD display.
I suppose they would have a few applications, but having had very expensive medical ones on loan in recent years upgrading to digital in my lab, I have yet to be tempted to use one for anything around the house, other than frightening the children and impressing house guests.
I've not seen that one or used one, but the times I usually want one are when I'm fishing wires or finding plumbing leaks inside walls. I can see how it could really help minimize the amount of drywall you have to patch...that and finding dropped fasteners when wrenching on the car.
