For VFD outputs, you probably need a couple of 10X probes. It looks like you would get 80 V P-P (peak to peak), and with a 240 VAC waveform, that would need 678 V P-P. 10 V/Div with 8 vertical divisions makes for 80 V, but add a 10X probe on each channel and you get 800 V.
And unlike tube based scopes, these would not take kindly to serious overvoltage.
