Any suggestions for extinguishers for aluminum or titanium fires?

A metal fire is classified as a Class D fire. You need a special Class D fire extuingisher to put it out. Water will explode when it hits burning metal so dont ever use water or a class a, b or c estuingisher.

I would invest in a good extinguisher and hope you never have to use it.

Search class D fires on the internet for more info.

Or, as an earlier poster noted, a bucket of sand works well too. If the fire is small.
