went to harbor freight the other day and bought a heat gun for $12.99, seems pretty good for the price... i dont expect it to last for
20 yrs, but will work for what i need it for,,,, repairing a plastic automobile bumper, need to heat up the bumper before doing the welding(plastic) will use a $5.95 harbor freight soldering iron and some plastic welding rods... anyway the made in china instructions on the heat gun say "For indoor use only" bet no one uses them indoors, i cant think of myself being inside with this thing melting plastic or anything for that matter..... i guess the save you ass clause it to protect them if someone messes up so they can say they warned you or maybe they for got the rest: for indoor outdoor use only?????- posted
