Also, a petitioner's rebuttal brief was due today. That would be the District of Columbia responding to the brief filed on behalf of Heller. I haven't seen it posted yet, so it probably won't show up until tomorrow.
One more thing: Laurence Tribe wrote an Op-Ed in the Wall Street Journal today that, surprisingly, does not support the "strict scrutiny" that would overturn D.C.'s handgun law:
