I used some software like that back in CPM days for scheduling projects. Haven't seen anything similar in 'modern', ie. Billgates computers. Bugs
There's Microsoft Project. It's expensive, it's buggy (in other words it's a Microsoft product), but it works.
There are also various alternatives, including some open-source ones that look way too complicated. I have a back-burner task to find a suitable software suite, or make and maintain some fairly big Gantt charts by hand.
Unfamiliar with Google, or perhaps a bit lazy?
