There's no demand. How many times do we have to tell people. You're the Fifth person I've had to tell today!

Or, perhaps, "tempered"?

I'm not allowed to say.

Harold

I ate a Marie Carlson once....does that count?

Gunner,

"[L]iberals are afraid to state what they truly believe in, for to do so would result in even less votes than they currently receive. Their methodology is to lie about their real agenda in the hopes of regaining power, at which point they will do whatever they damn well please. The problem is they have concealed and obfuscated for so long that, as a group, they themselves are no longer sure of their goals. They are a collection of wild-eyed splinter groups, all holding a grab-bag of dreams and wishes. Some want a Socialist, secular-humanist state, others the repeal of the Second Amendment. Some want same sex/different species marriage, others want voting rights for trees, fish, coal and bugs. Some want cradle to grave care and complete subservience to the government nanny state, others want a culture that walks in lockstep and speaks only with intonations of political correctness. I view the American liberals in much the same way I view the competing factions of Islamic fundamentalists. The latter hate each other to the core, and only join forces to attack the US or Israel. The former hate themselves to the core, and only join forces to attack George Bush and conservatives." --Ron Marr

Fish pie? :-)

Harold

Furry Taco....as it were.

Before the second go around..I shaved her...well...trimmed anyways. Like licking a untrimmed poodle..... I hate it when those long curlies wrap around my glotus and I spend a half hour after the fact making noises like a cat hacking up a hair ball.

Indeed.

Thanks, but I'm not perfect. I let myself have a meal that's not on my diet about twice a month. I shave off a few calories, here and there so that I can enjoy Thanksgiving, or other holiday meal, and the occasional pizza. Still, I leave the table before I'm full. The last one was Veterans day at Golden Corral, for their annual free meal for Veterans that is a fund raiser for the DAV. Great food, great service from smiling young staff, but I forced myself to walk away, still a little hungry. If I wasn't diabetic, they would need a hand truck to haul me out the door when i was finished eating. :)

24 meals out of 1095 meals for a 365 day year is about 0.0219% of not staying on my diet, per year. I've had several VA doctors tell me what SHOULD be in my diet, but I was too sick to function when I followed their suggestions.

I kept a logbook of how different foods affected me, and created my own menus. When I finally saw the VA dietitian, she asked where I got the diet, then told me that other then being a little low on carbs, that it was excellent. Over the last three years I have regained some strength, and have gone from being only able to feed, bath and use the rest room by myself, to being able to work about three hours a day. It's no fun, but I'm not a quitter, and I think for myself. If I didn't, those bad diets would have killed me.

There are still a lot of food I'd love to have, but it's either those foods, or my life. :(
