Now THAT is cool. I wish I had a use for one as I have this urge to make one.
did you start with a commercial "sensitive" attachment? I ask because my mill does not have quill with a downfeed like a bridgeport, so such a device would be quite handy even for more normal sized holes where I want precise location.
--Yes. Had a situation where I had to drill several thousand little holes on .1" centers and this was a real grief reducer, so to speak..
