1750 RPM should be easy to find in either 120 or 240 v. If you try to go to a lower speed, the motor will have to be around 875 RPM--it will be larger, heavier and costlier. Of course, you can get speeds anywhere in that range with pulleys.
Six pole motors with speeds around 1150RPM are very common in the HVAC field and should be fairly easy to find, although not as common as 1725 and 3450 motors.
