What I did was take someones decimal equivalent of 1/64th, which read
0.0156. Then I put this number into the Inches box at:

Which you'd have got wrong anyway as you don't appear to know how many mm there are in an inch.

I suppose that the last digit is rounded automatically by the PC, ie that the figure after the last digit would be 5 or greater in the two values given.
