Barber Colman gear hobber

Any idea what size a Barber Colman No. 3 gear hobber will go up to ? There's one on Ebay at the moment that may suit what I want if it will go large enough

The bidder from Pakistan (kamran4friends) seemed to have his eye on it, but his success rate isn't too good, and the price got shoved up higher than perhaps it deserved.

Still going. It sounded as it was in a job lot they bought but didn't need.
