Hello' Does anyone out there know how to draw a perfect scroll or spiral, like that in a 3 jaw chuck. We are talking Cad & not traditional drawing board & french curves etc. I am not even sure what the correct term is for this sort of curve, it is not a true arc, some sort of progressive conical projection I suppose. Any ideas welcome. Cheers, Mark.

Hi, Not sure if you still need the info on drawing scrolls. I can E-mail a LISP file for drawing scrolls & helix for AutoCad. This is easy to use & works well.
