ER Collet dimension

Can anyone tell me the thread size on an ER20, and ER16 closing nut, please - I've found all the dimensions for the collets, but not the nut.

ER 16: M 22 x 1.5 (or M 19 x 1 of mini-nuts) ER 20: (rare size, have only the dimensions for mini-nuts) M 24 x 1
