Unfortunately, I cannot open Mr Foreman's posting. However, the appropriate article on tool holding fittings etc is covered in Thomas's Model Engineers Workshop Manual. Mine is an original from when Bill Bennett did the first edition.The information is probably still in the Setting Up Aids chapter.
