Hi Guy, If you look to the rear of the handwheel on the base casting, right hand side you will find a 4mm grub screw, screwing this out allows the lever that puts it in and out of mesh to travel further, best take it all to bits and give it a good clean while your at it. I have five of these going all day long, so far they have lasted for 10 months with no problems. Regards. Ben
